The Art Gallery of Hamilton

The Art Gallery of Hamilton is one of the oldest public art galleries in Canada hosting up to 290,000 visitors per year. It is a destination for both the local community and out of town visitors that we, Scarlett House Food Group are extremely proud to manage and be a partner with for all culinary and catering needs. Scarlett House Food Group has been the exclusive caterer at the Art Gallery of Hamilton for the past seven years. Since 2014 we have successfully operated all catering services for special events including multiple events simultaneously occurring throughout the four venue spaces, large-scale galas and virtual events with at-home catered meal delivery.

In addition to special event catering, we provide daily food and beverage service and operations for all gallery visitors. The Horse and Train Bistro features a bistro-style menu, where guests are treated to table side service, by our hostess. All our menu items are fresh and made in-house, with selections changing daily including weekly specials.

We are proud to organize Afternoon High Tea every Sunday at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. In the beautiful ambience of The Gallery, guests enjoy traditional English-Style Afternoon Tea which features delectable loose-leaf tea, sandwiches, pastries, petit fours, tea biscuits, and a various savoury baked goods with clotted cream and jams.
